Founding Operations Lead
About the role
As an early-stage startup, every team member plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business. Initially, responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders
- Coordinating shipping and fulfilment
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer support
- Improving and creating operational processes
- Managing supplier and partner relationships
As Lynko grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position responsible for recruiting, training, and managing teams while overseeing all company operations.
