Does it work with iPhone and Android?+

Yes. Every phone made in the last ~7 years has NFC. We include a QR code on the back as a backup for older devices.

Do I need an app?+

No. The person you tap simply opens your profile in their browser. Nothing to install.

What's the difference between Standard and Personalised?+

Standard ships in our premium matte black design. Personalised lets you upload your own logo and choose colors, with our team approving the final design before production.

What's included in the £3.99/month subscription?+

Unlimited profile edits, analytics, all custom themes, business modules (payment links, Calendly, etc.), and your live profile URL. The first month is free, starting the moment you activate your card.

When does my free month start?+

The 1-month free trial begins the first time you tap your Lynko card on a phone — not the day you order. Your card sits ready until you're set.

What if my payment fails?+

You get a 7-day grace period with email reminders. Your profile stays live the whole time so you don't miss connections.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — straight from your billing dashboard. No phone call required.

What happens if I lose my card?+

Deactivate it from your dashboard and order a replacement. Your profile URL stays the same.
